Registration

  • How do I register?
    To register click here. We have made this as simple as possible – it will take only 2mins of your time and is FREE! However, it is not compulsory to register in order to make a purchase on our website.
  • What are the benefits of registering?
  1. You will receive advance notices of TAG promotions and new stock
  2. You will not be required to re-enter your personal details, shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
  3. You also have access to My Account, where you can get a full overview of your profile, pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.
  4. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items in your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
  • What if I forget my password?
    Go to Sign In at the top of the homepage, click on ‘forgot your password’ and enter your login email address. We will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password.

Payment

  • Which payment methods can I use?
    We accept payment with the following: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express credit and Charge Cards, mPesa, airtel money, Pesapal, Pesa Pap, KCB mobile, Coop mobile, Chase mobile, K-Rep mobile, ABC mobile and CBA mobile.
  • Which currency can I use to pay?
    You can pay using various currencies. If you choose a currency from the list in the top right corner of the page, all our prices will be displayed in that currency.

    When you come to pay for your order, you’ll be charged in Kenyan Shillings. If your payment card is registered with a different currency to the one you’re purchasing in, then your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate.
  • Do prices include VAT?

          Yes all prices include 16% VAT.

  • Are my payment details and personal information safe?
    We take security of any information you share with us very seriously. Although, no data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times to protect your data and aim to continually adapt our security measures in line with technological progress and developments.We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all information sent between us and you so that card details and personal        information cannot be read by external parties. Furthermore, your credit card purchase is transacted directly with an authorised credit card processor, which means we never see, store or hold in any way your credit card information. In the unlikely incidence of unauthorized use of your card, you must report the incident immediately to your credit card provider in order to qualify for security protection. You should be careful to maintain the secrecy of your passwords and/or account information and be responsible for protecting your personal information and identity whenever you are online.

Delivery

  • Where does TAG deliver to?
    TAG currently only delivers within Kenya. If you are located outside of Kenya and are interested in TAG products get in touch with us.
  • What delivery options do I have?
    We deliver Monday – Friday between 08:00 and 18:00, and on Saturdays between 08:00 and 13:00. We do not deliver on Sundays and bank holidays. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.NairobiStandard delivery
    Your item will be delivered to you within 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
    There will be a 300 KES fee for this service.
    However, this service is FREE if you spend 5000 KES or more.
    Next day delivery service
    This option is available Monday to Friday only (excluding bank holidays). Your item will be delivered on the same day, latest by 1700 hrs. To qualify for this option you must submit your order prior to 1200 hrs on the day which you want your item to be delivered. Specified 1-hour delivery service
    Your item is delivered within the 1-hour window slot you request. To qualify for this option you must submit your order before 1400 hrs on the day prior to which you want your item to be delivered. For example, if you want your item delivered on Tuesday at 16:00, you must submit your order by 14:00 on Monday, the day before. Outside Nairobi
    Your item will be delivered to you within 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). The delivery fee will vary depending on your location and will be confirmed after your order has been placed.
  • Can I track my parcel?

          You will receive an email and text once your parcel has been dispatched.

  • Do you have an office where I can pick up my order?
    Our office is located in Kilimani. However, as an online store, we do not have physical shops. Once we receive your order, we will deliver it to your doorstep to make your shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible.
  • My order has not arrived yet?
    If your order has taken longer than the expected time-frame to arrive,  please contact our customer care team.
  • What if I am not in when my order is delivered?
    If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged 200 KES for re-delivery.

Returns

  • What if I have received the wrong item?
    When you receive your item/s, the rider will ask you to check the items you have been given are correct and in good condition. Please take the time to do this to ensure there are no issues. Once you confirm your order is correct you will be asked to sign a delivery receipt of which you will retain a copy.If you notice an error after this, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery receipt.
  • Can I return an item if I change my mind?
    We offer a full online credit for items returned in line with our returns policy (see below). We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any transport costs of return items unless damaged. Any item you wish to return must be received by us within 3 days from the date you received your item. Items that are damaged or do not have the original tags on will not be accepted for return. The sale or marked down items cannot be returned. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed, with your credit information also outlined.

Washing guide

The washtub symbol indicates if your garment is suitable for washing.

The recommended washing temperature is shown by the number inside the washtub.

The amount of agitation is specified by bars underneath.

A washtub with no bar will use the maximum action with a normal spin.

The number in the tub is the maximum temperature, for example, 40°.

A washtub with a single bar (one bar) indicates a mild washing process.

The machine will wash with a medium machine action and mild spin.

The number in the tub is the maximum temperature, for example, 40°.

A washtub with double bars (two bars) indicates a very mild washing process and spin.

The number in the tub is the maximum temperature, for example, 40°.

Hand wash only as your clothes are too delicate to machine wash.

The temperature is to be a maximum of 40°.
